The Social Worker will provide brief depression and anxiety screenings and lead support groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Educational Psychology
  • Counselor Certification (Washington State)
  • Ability to recognize, support, and describe healthy parenting from a family strengths perspective
  • Understanding and respect for cultural differences and diverse kinds of families
