Mental Health Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Old Vineyard Behavioral Health Services. As a Mental Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to adolescent and adult patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities and facilitation of skill-building groups.
- Assist in the intake and discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families.
- Enforce hospital and unit rules to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Bachelor's degree in health or human services, or equivalent experience.
- At least 21 years of age.
