Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Card Program Specialist to become a vital part of our North Dallas team. This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement, distribution, and funding processes of a reloadable debit card program specifically designed for participants in Clinical Trials. As a member of the Financial Operations team at Scout, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient payment processing. This position is initially offered as a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for full-time employment after a designated period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the issuance, mailing, replacement, modification, and cancellation of cards for Scout's card program.
  • Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including recording and reconciling entries, and ensuring transactions are accurately tied to the appropriate accounts.
  • Adhere to company standards and policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with vendor contacts to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct random transaction audits to ensure compliance with established policies.
  • Execute quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of our products and services.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Understanding of card regulations, policies, and best practices.
