Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Card Program Specialist to become a vital part of our North Dallas team. This role is responsible for overseeing the procurement, distribution, and funding processes of a reloadable debit card program specifically designed for participants in Clinical Trials. As a member of the Financial Operations team at Scout, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient payment processing. This position is initially offered as a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential for full-time employment after a designated period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance, mailing, replacement, modification, and cancellation of cards for Scout's card program.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including recording and reconciling entries, and ensuring transactions are accurately tied to the appropriate accounts.
- Adhere to company standards and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Engage with vendor contacts to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct random transaction audits to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Execute quality checks to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of our products and services.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Understanding of card regulations, policies, and best practices.

- Effective problem-solving abilities.
