Position Overview:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications with prospective study participants.
  • Enter medical and demographic information into our database.
  • Relay study information to participants effectively.
  • Conduct telephone screenings in accordance with study protocols.
  • Arrange screening appointments for qualified participants.
  • Verify appointments with participants.
  • Execute additional assigned responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in various computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capability to adhere closely to scripts and directives.
  • Professional demeanor and a focus on customer service.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
