As a Dental Treatment Coordinator at Gentle Dental, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their oral healthcare journey. Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment, as well as providing exceptional patient care. We are looking for candidates with at least 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment, computer literacy, and the ability to present treatment plans and costs of services. Bilingual proficiency is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental procedures and be able to communicate complex information to patients in a clear and concise manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Communicate effectively with patients to understand their oral healthcare needs
* Present treatment plans and costs of services in a clear and concise manner
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**Requirements:**

* 1-2 years of front office experience in a medical environment
* Computer literate (QSI/Denticon experience is a plus)
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus
* Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour
* Full-time, 40 hour schedule
