Yogurt Production Specialist

Desi Fresh Foods, a leading dairy manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Yogurt Production Specialist to join our team at our facility in Frederick County, Virginia.
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to operate and maintain filling machines, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of yogurt products. The successful candidate will be responsible for following quality control policies and procedures, conducting visual inspections, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate filling machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and precise packaging of yogurt products.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal production output and quality.
- Follow quality control policies and procedures to ensure that products meet established standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of filled containers for defects or abnormalities and take corrective action as needed.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately to the appropriate personnel.
- Experience operating filling machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
