Job Overview

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Member Experience Advisor to join our team at our New Britain branch.

This role provides exceptional service to members, clients, and associates, enhancing the overall member experience. The ideal candidate will proactively engage existing and prospective members with their financial needs using a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process account-related requests, including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance.
  • Process basic consumer loan-related requests, including submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, and file maintenance.
  • Analyze members' engagement with the credit union using sales tracking systems and member data warehouse programs, offering solutions that meet their current and future needs.
  • Connect members with Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology for specialized financial assistance.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
  • FICEP certification preferred.
