**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders in both adult and pediatric populations.
**Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for both adult and pediatric populations
- Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments
- Advise physicians and patients of disorders and develop treatment schedules
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
**Qualifications:
- Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship required
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (California)
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
**Estimated Salary Range:** $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
