Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Rock Region METRO. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding Rock Region METRO's public transit services, including schedules, fares, and routes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Log and track customer interactions and concerns in our customer service database.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Knowledge of Rock Region METRO's public transit services and policies.
  • Ability to learn new software systems and technology.
