Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat & Seafood Supervisor to join our team at Fresco y Mas Retail Stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Meat & Seafood associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Meat & Seafood Merchandiser to develop and implement effective merchandising plans, ensuring optimal product placement and visual appeal.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Monitor and control shrink, implementing strategies to minimize losses and maximize profitability.
  • Provide coaching and training to associates on display space usage, merchandising techniques, and operational processes.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing shrink.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
