Job Title: Brand Manager for Amazon Private Label Products

At Mai Placement, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to lead our Amazon Private Label Products team.

Job Summary:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for defining the brand's essence and managing Amazon account setup and operations. This includes conducting research, sourcing products, optimizing listings, managing PPC performance, ensuring account health, and fostering customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the brand's essence and oversee all aspects of Amazon account setup and operations.
  • Conduct market, product, and Amazon research using various tools and software to identify high-potential products for sourcing and selling.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to source high-quality products while ensuring a competitive advantage and optimal margins.
  • Develop and optimize product listings by creating compelling copy and conducting thorough keyword research.
  • Oversee the production of photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality main images and A+ content to effectively showcase products and enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC performance and strategy.
  • Maintain account health, manage reviews, ensure excellent customer service, and adhere to Amazon compliance standards.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements.
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and meet project milestones.
  • Track product performance and KPIs to assess growth and identify areas for optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in e-commerce, with experience in selling, sourcing, and account management.
  • Previous involvement in Amazon sales is essential.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
  • Understanding of Amazon's compliance standards and best practices.
