Geospatial Project Leader

ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) is seeking a Geospatial Project Leader to manage and direct surveying initiatives within our established Engineering, Surveying, and Planning firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all facets of a geomatics and surveying team, ensuring effective field and office operations.
  • Foster and sustain partnerships with significant organizations and stakeholders.
  • Oversee survey teams, technicians, and personnel, manage contracts, and coordinate project activities.
  • Strategically plan and implement surveying projects, addressing intricate challenges and deploying innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor license in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying leadership, ideally within residential and commercial development sectors.
  • Expertise in survey computation software such as Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
  • Strong fieldwork capabilities utilizing Trimble Survey equipment and proficient data management skills.
  • Familiarity with GPS technology and software tools including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Earth.
