We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at 4 Rivers Smokehouse. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious meals for our guests and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including meats, vegetables, and sides, to order for both the Front Line and To-Go Line stations.
  • Grill various meats for service on Front and To-Go Lines, ensuring that they are cooked to perfection and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Communicate effectively with other team members, including Carvers, To-Go team members, and Middle Man, to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves our restaurant feeling satisfied and valued.
Requirements
  • Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests alike.
