At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development, with a focus on reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems. Our diverse team of problem solvers is working tirelessly to make human spaceflight a reality, and we're seeking a highly qualified Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Spaceflight Systems to join our ranks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, be self-initiated, and have a strong ability to stay closely connected to their leadership structure and operational customers while working remotely. They will also have relevant experience in transitioning a product from development, through production to operations, performing supplier source inspections, AS9100 auditing, and GIDEP.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program. Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. Discretionary bonus: Bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
