We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Support Professional to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Salary: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. As an In-Home Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship, transportation support, and assistance with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop meaningful relationships with them.

You will work Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:00PM or Saturday-Sunday 12-hour shifts. Our flexible scheduling allows you to choose the schedule that best suits your needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License, reliable vehicle, up-to-date auto insurance, and willingness to transport clients
  • Home Care Aide License (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within 120 days of employment. Training can be provided for HCA
  • First Aid/CPR certified within 120 days of employment. Training can be provided
  • Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19 or have an approved exemption
