About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator at KinderCare, you'll play a vital role in creating engaging learning experiences for our youngest students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing KinderCare's curriculum in a way that caters to the unique needs of each child.
  • Cultivating a safe, nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Promoting strong partnerships with parents and caregivers to provide seamless support for our families.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve center-wide goals and drive student success.

Requirements
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • A valid Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • The physical ability to lift 40 pounds, move around classrooms, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
