Our Vision
Founded in San Francisco by two friends with a vision to make the experience of discovering and purchasing fine jewelry as delightful as wearing it, Cast is led by Founder Rachel Skelly, a seasoned entrepreneur known for modernizing established categories.

Rachel is now channeling her passion for product creation and artistry into the jewelry sector.

Supporting her vision is our founding investor Eric Ryan, a successful entrepreneur who focuses on advising and investing in the next generation of brand creators.

Role Overview
As a Cast Consultant, you will seek more than a conventional sales role. You will collaborate closely with our entire team to assist in the operations of our boutique as we redefine the fine jewelry shopping experience.

Traditionally, purchasing fine jewelry can be overwhelming. Cast aims to change that by offering a revolutionary approach to selling fine jewelry characterized by hospitality, warmth, inclusivity, and exceptional service.

Your role will be crucial in helping to establish the culture of Cast in retail.

With a focus on warmth and hospitality, you will enable an empowering and exploratory experience for every client.

As part of an exceptional Boutique Team, you will be instrumental in delivering a welcoming client experience.

Your insights and experiences will help shape effective operating procedures and influence the planned expansion of Cast Boutiques.

You are optimistic and passionate about providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, continually enhancing your knowledge of Cast jewelry, and communicating valuable feedback to headquarters.

You appreciate the craftsmanship of fine jewelry and are dedicated to assisting clients thoughtfully.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a front-line brand ambassador for Cast Jewelry:
- Welcome clients with hospitality, connect authentically, consult intelligently, sell elegantly, and close with gratitude.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional experiences and Cast hospitality.
3. Proactively adhere to store policies and procedures, ensuring store and jewelry maintenance and operational tasks are completed.
4. Provide insights to inform and evolve processes for future store openings and ongoing operations.
5. Self-motivate to thrive as part of a high-performing, results-driven Boutique Team.
6. Execute store operation policies and standards, including sales and record-keeping procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong background in luxury retail sales, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in fine jewelry or luxury goods.
- Passionate about welcoming customers and building long-term client relationships.
- A proactive individual who maintains integrity, initiative, and motivation.
- Understanding of operational excellence to support a well-functioning store environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Proficiency with POS systems.
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
