  • Contribute to the automation and enhancement of reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Strong background in cost accounting, particularly in standard costing and overhead rate calculations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with SAP FICO and experience with Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on building and developing high-performance teams.
