Position Overview:

We are a reputable residential sales firm dedicated to providing top-notch customer acquisition and sales services to our clients. As a growing player in the industry, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Sales Manager Trainee.

Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing and presenting sales materials, giving presentations to customers, and addressing customer inquiries to help facilitate successful enrollments.

Execute sales campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.

Participate in training sessions and workshops designed to enhance your understanding of our clients, sales techniques, and effective customer engagement strategies.

Collaborate with experienced sales managers to learn from their expertise, seek guidance, and contribute to team discussions and strategy development.

Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the residential sales industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a genuine passion for real estate and sales.
