**Job Summary**

Performs CAT Scan procedures in accordance with protocols established by the Radiologist. Operates the CT scanner during IR procedures in the CT department.

**Responsibilities**

* Maintains a clean and organized work area, reporting maintenance issues and monitoring supplies and deficiencies.
* Adheres to Infection Prevention policies, utilizing appropriate PPE as needed.
* Maintains licensure and BLS certification.
* Stays current with departmental training and participates in clinical activities, such as assisting with patient flow and care.
* Demonstrates courteous behavior and positive attitude through polite communication with coworkers and customers.
* Provides good customer service, both internal and external.
* Participates in Departmental On Call and Holiday Requirements.

**Requirements**

* General, Trauma, and ED experience; Pediatrics and Cardiac experience preferred but not necessary.
* Graduate of AMA Approved Radiologic Technologist Program.
* Current BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
* Current ARRT License (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
* Current NJ-RADTECH License (Radiologic Technologist).
* ARRT Board Certified in Computed Tomography preferred.
