Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a key member of our hospital staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor visiting hours and distribute computerized passes to visitors
- Process visitor badges and distribute them in a timely and efficient manner
- Navigate through different computer programs to troubleshoot technical issues
- Adhere to all policies specific to visitor restrictions and patient confidentiality
- Demonstrate a courteous and friendly manner when assisting visitors and the general public
- High School Diploma or GED and six months of customer or guest services experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word skills, preferred
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese, a plus
This is a per diem position with variable shifts, including some weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
