Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent guest service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals, while maintaining a high level of guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
