Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

• Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests and drive sales.
• Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed to maintain a well-organized store environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
