Guest Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting our products and services.

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests in a genuine and welcoming manner.
• Resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and sell our products and services to guests, including our loyalty program and digital services.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including gathering abandoned items and restocking supplies.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive up, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
