Key Responsibilities:

Deliver educational sessions (account calls) to Healthcare Professionals and their staff, covering:

  • Product-specific information
  • Disease state insights
  • Dosing protocols and administration
  • Management of adverse events

Facilitate educational programs tailored to the needs of each practice.

Engage in program-related communications with the client’s field sales team.

Report any concerns identified during educational sessions to the Manager, who will be the primary contact for all program-related communications.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all visits, including the type of education provided, duration of the visit, and the office location.

Maintain communication regarding interactions with Healthcare Professionals and their staff.

Complete all necessary administrative tasks promptly, including daily updates, weekly activity summaries, emails, and monthly expense reports.

Coordinate travel to oncology offices in collaboration with client Sales Representatives.

Build and enhance relationships with key clients.

Attend and successfully complete all required training courses and competency assessments within specified timeframes.

Participate in local and national meetings or conferences as necessary to stay informed about developments and share knowledge within the team.

Maintain all company equipment and materials according to company guidelines.

Adhere to all Inizio and Client Policies and Procedures.

Maintain professional licensure as mandated by state laws.

Possess a valid US driver's license and report any infractions or accumulation of penalty points immediately.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active nursing license in good standing in at least one state where services are provided.

Minimum of three (3) years of oncology nursing experience, encompassing direct patient care, physical assessments, patient education, group training, and proficiency in peripheral IV access.

Experience in chemotherapy administration is required.

Strong problem-solving abilities and demonstrable organizational skills are preferred.

Self-motivated with a high degree of personal initiative.

Valid motor vehicle license and proof of insurance.

Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, with travel demands potentially reaching up to 100%.

Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to conduct individual and group presentations while managing administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in IV Therapy (CRNI) is preferred
  • Experience in adult oncology
  • Familiarity with VA and DOD Hospitals
