As a Clinical Pharmacist for oncology and non-oncology infusion services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Your expertise will be essential in preparing and dispensing medications, providing timely and accurate drug information, and ensuring continuity of pharmaceutical care across various patient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense medications using established techniques and following health system policies and procedures.
  • Provide concise and timely responses to drug information requests from healthcare providers and patients.
  • Ensure continuity of pharmaceutical care to and from acute and ambulatory patient-care settings.
  • Participate in the established process for assessing, managing, and reporting adverse drug events.
  • Assume responsibility for adherence to medication-use policies and guidelines.
  • Manage time effectively to fulfill practice responsibilities.
  • Comply with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements for the practice setting.

Credentials and Education:

  • Current pharmacist license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • PGY1 pharmacy residency (preferred).
  • Previous hospital experience (preferred).
  • Previous infusion, sterile room experience (preferred).
