Heavy Equipment Refurbishment Specialist

We're committed to delivering high-quality products and unparalleled service, and we're looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Refurbishment Specialist to join our team.
As a Heavy Equipment Refurbishment Specialist, you'll be responsible for restoring, repairing, and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state.
You'll perform a range of tasks, including:
- Frequent use of welders and cutting tools.
- Safe use of air tools to remove built-up concrete.
- Disassembly and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks.
- Properly assembling and installing hydraulic hoses.
- Removal and installation of wiring harnesses.
- Ability to charge out inventory-related parts and supplies.
- Frequently working independently or in a team environment.
- Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders.
- Communicating with all managers on a regular basis about needs, status, and issues.
- Practicing good housekeeping, health, and safety standards per OSHA regulations.
- Driving a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed.
- Maintaining effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Promoting and maintaining the professional image and reputation of the company.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- A Minnesota commercial Driver's license or the ability to obtain one within 1 year of employment.
- A DOT Medical Card.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good mechanical knowledge.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience/understanding of safe shop practices.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
