Join Our Team as a Catering Supervisor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering operations. This role is essential in ensuring that all catering events are executed flawlessly and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery, service, and clearing of all functions.
  • Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
  • Engage with function group leaders to discuss setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes or issues.
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Instruct staff on work expectations and assist in setting up rooms to meet specifications.
  • Assemble and deliver food and supplies to designated locations.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures while adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license may be required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by state law.
