Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties
  • Conducts opening and closing procedures for the clinic
  • Welcomes patients, verifies appointments, and checks insurance details
  • Scans and uploads documents into the electronic health record system
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and reception desk
  • Monitors appointment schedules for changes and updates
  • Schedules follow-up appointments as necessary
  • Responds to tasks within the electronic health record system
  • Orders and manages clinic office supplies
  • Handles sales and inventory of cosmetic products
  • Distributes incoming mail
  • Prepares for the next day's scheduled appointments
Qualifications

Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer operations
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Competence in operating standard office equipment
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback from supervisors
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Friendly, tactful, and polite interaction with patients
