Customer Ambassador Job Description

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Customer Ambassador to drive a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet every customer and interact in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
  • Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day.
  • Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
  • Ensure that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
  • Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests.
  • Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
  • Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
  • Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serve food neatly and attractively per standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
