Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store appearance.
  • Upselling and Suggestive Selling: Offer customers product recommendations and promotions to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales growth.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Promote our brand and products to customers, highlighting the benefits and value they offer.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately manage cash transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a secure and efficient cash handling process.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store atmosphere, and support each other in achieving individual and team objectives.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays, embracing the full rhythm of retail.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated, but not required.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment and take on a variety of tasks.
