Overview

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced education leader to fill the role of Traveling School Director. This position will involve providing leadership to multiple campuses in the area, with a focus on growing enrollment, attracting and retaining top talent, building a strong parent community, and ensuring the highest standard of educational experience for each child in every classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans for each campus, driving growth and improvement in key areas.
  • Build a Strong Culture: Foster a culture that embodies the mission and values of Guidepost Montessori, promoting a sense of community and shared purpose among staff, parents, and children.
  • Lead a Team of Educators: Hire, support, develop, and manage a team of talented educators, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver exceptional programs.
  • Ensure Program Excellence: Oversee the delivery of high-quality educational programs, ensuring that each child receives a tailored and engaging experience.
  • Manage Campus Budgets: Develop and manage budgets for each campus, ensuring profitability targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of educational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the Assistant Head of School to ensure enrollment targets are met and overall strategic objectives are achieved.
