Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced audit professional to join our team as an Audit Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least two years of public accounting experience in audit services
  • One or more years of experience leading audit engagements
  • Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation, with experience in FASB and GAAS
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
  • Experience auditing non-profit organizations, with a strong preference for candidates with internal audit experience
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing work performed by staff on standard testing and related substantive testing
  • Completing on-site testing required for assigned clients, including control, operations, and fraud assessments
  • Performing required financial controls assessment and related analytics
  • Completing testing required by the Engagement Director relative to identified risk areas
  • Reviewing and finalizing initial drafts of financial statements
  • Completing GAAS compliance checklists
  • Drafting 990 workbooks
