Job Description

TRAX Corporate Office is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of assigned contracts.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed reports to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Participate as the primary contractor interface with counterparts for budget, contract administration, and accounting-related issues.
  • Oversee the administration of the financial aspects of the contract, reporting to the Program Manager.
  • Establish and document contract-related policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external audit agencies.
  • Direct the implementation of corporate and contract personnel policies.
  • Enter A/P in Costpoint, including voucher creation and system entry.
  • Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements.
  • Prepare the monthly Cost Report and serve as the primary point of contact with the Government for any associated questions.
  • Process bi-weekly cost vouchers and billing in Costpoint and submit to the Government financial system.
  • Review, approve, and log new Purchase Requisitions.
  • Process weekly AMMS AJE or similar required reports into Costpoint.
  • Audit weekly payroll reports for labor processing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in program control, finance, and business data processing.
  • Experience in government contract administration and knowledge of the FAR is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment while optimizing individual performance and contribution.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Qualifications
  • The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment and sometimes in the field.
  • Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods.
  • Must be able to view a computer monitor for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted.
Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests, if contract required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance or contract designated clearance prior to employment and maintain said clearance for the duration of employment.
