Job Overview

MSCCN is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a critical member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations, including preparing multimedia documents, managing logistical aspects, and coordinating speaker schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Prepare multimedia documents, manage participant enrollment, and schedule video and teleconferencing.
  • Coordinate speaker schedules, prepare briefings, and record/edit/distribute minutes.
  • Deliver general administrative support, including timekeeping, travel arrangements, and updating SOPs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience and/or training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
