  • Collaborate with senior management to align plant operations with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management or a similar role in the manufacturing/precast industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Working Conditions:

  • This position typically works in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE such as hard hat, hearing protection, work boots and safety glasses.
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and other elements associated with a production environment.
