Data Center Operations Specialist

The Staff Pad is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to oversee the deployment and maintenance of our Data Center infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in data center development and maintenance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Data Center initiatives to ensure objectives are met.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain Data Center operations and PC support.
  • Interface with third-party vendors and attend technology meetings.
  • Develop project plans, manage budgets, and create reusable processes.
  • SUPPORT information system security management and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with Meditech Analysts for system understanding and support.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center development and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Center hardware/software, telecommunication, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Required: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or similar (must obtain within 1 year if not certified at hire).
  • Desired: Network Administration certification (e.g., CCNA).

This role requires a self-starter with the ability to work independently and under time constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data center operations and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
