Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Central States Industrial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and deliver value-added solutions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and technical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • A strong understanding of CRM software and data analysis
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement planning. Additionally, we provide opportunities for continuing education and support for local community charitable events.
