The Role: Product Support Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary support contact for our clients, embodying our brand and gaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs within the real estate industry and the evolving array of products and services offered by InvestNext. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving complex issues, strong empathetic skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment. As part of a growing organization, you will be empowered to take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to the development of the team, product, and company.
Your Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the support inbox and optimize workflows to enhance response times
- Engage with clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and video calls, selecting the most appropriate method based on their needs
- Oversee customer satisfaction scores, proactively addressing concerns from dissatisfied clients
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer feedback
- Participate in team meetings to stay informed and discuss priorities and challenges
- Resolve user issues and provide feedback to the product development team
- Assist new clients in onboarding to the platform, offering training and support
- Manage self-service customer resources, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness
- Support the testing of newly launched features and create training materials to promote customer adoption

Salary Details
We are dedicated to fair compensation, transparency, and equal opportunities for career advancement, offering a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year for this position. Final compensation will be competitive within the market and based on your experience and role responsibilities.
