Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you will receive training to deliver technical maintenance and support to our clients in the field. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing Multi-Function Printers and scanners, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Compensation Range
$20/hr - $27/hr Based on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician
1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners, and multifunctional printers (MFPs) at customer locations.
2. Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
3. Respond promptly to customer service requests.
4. Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Install and configure new hardware and software as required.
6. Offer on-site training to end users.
7. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies.
8. Document customer interactions, service calls, and equipment history.
9. Stay informed about new products and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications for Field Service Technician
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- Mechanically inclined with a knack for fixing equipment.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Performance Evaluation
Employee performance will be assessed periodically, with an annual review to discuss past performance and future objectives.
