  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic procurement plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of supply chain operations, including vendor development, contract negotiation, procurement, and raw materials management.

  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP, and eProcurement Punchout.

  • ISO 13485 auditor training.
