Job Title: General Manager

As a General Manager at Main Event Entertainment, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on optimizing financial results, creating annual budgets, and executing business plans to meet targeted financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People: Hire, train, retain, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Profits: Optimize financial results by analyzing financial reports, developing action plans, and controlling expenses to meet or exceed annual budgets.
  • Sales: Create annual budgets and business plans to meet targeted financial performance, set store goals, and hold managers accountable for meeting departmental goals.
  • Guests: Consistently meet the standard for the guest experience by delivering an unparalleled experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment.
  • NSO: Actively participate in succession planning by developing promotable people and providing training support for New Store Openings.

  • Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion
  • Demonstrated knowledge and execution of current Main Event Entertainment operating standards
  • Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve expected store financial results in areas of responsibility
