  • Oversee document adherence, which includes procuring and tracking all plans and specifications as directed by the Development Manager, managing all document requests, accurately completing and executing all bidding documents, compiling bid submissions, and following up on any post-bid paperwork.
  • Facilitate the solicitation of bids, collaborating with state and local officials, attending necessary pre-bid and training sessions, identifying local stakeholders, and ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed before and after the bidding process.
  • Coordinate with remote teams as needed on specific bids and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on qualification packages, including data gathering, package design, and submission.
  • Maintain a log of all Environmental Systems-specific licenses, both individual and state, including necessary updates and renewals.
