Job Description

In this role, you will manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new ones to sustain our current growth trajectory. This position offers a competitive salary, commission incentives, and an outstanding benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand relationships with key clients">
  • Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking efforts">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects and meet customer expectations">
  • Analyze customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements">
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 3+ years of successful manufacturing sales experience selling custom products">
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastics applications and processes">
  • Professional with strong work ethic, sales/customer knowledge, negotiating skills, performance driven, relationship builder">
  • Local and overnight travel required; ability to work outside regular hours as necessary">
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and virtual meeting platforms">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders">

Salary Range

">

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience
