Energy Sales Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Energy Sales Director to join our team at Renogy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations, including developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of closing deals over $1M. They will also possess excellent organizational, strategic, planning, and implementing skills, as well as strong presentation, written, and verbal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Set and conduct meetings with relative contacts and companies, own the entire sales cycle of contract negotiation, and ensure successful order volume.
  • Build trusted, lasting partnerships with executives, key decision-makers, and influencers of various off-grid energy channels.
