About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Station Technician to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our patients and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, feeding, and transportation
  • Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Coordinate patient tests and procedures, and communicate with other departments and services as needed
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, responding to patient requests, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • One or more of the following: successful completion of Fairview's OnTrack Nursing Assistant training program, six months of recent direct care experience, current enrollment in an LPN, RN, or Nurse Practitioner program, or current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
