We are seeking a skilled Nursing Station Technician to join our team at Fairview Health Services. As a Nursing Station Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Set up and maintain patient rooms, including stocking supplies and ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Answer telephone calls and respond to patient and family inquiries
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- One or more of the following: successful completion of Fairview's OnTrack Nursing Assistant training program, six months of recent direct care experience in a long-term, home care, or acute care setting, current enrollment in an LPN, RN, or Nurse Practitioner program, or current certification on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
