About the Role:

OHM Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Municipal Project Engineer to lead engineering and design efforts for construction plan sets, focusing on municipal infrastructure and utility systems. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering with an emphasis in municipal infrastructure engineering and a Tennessee PE license. They will also have 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering municipal design, including roadway geometric design, intersection detail design, water main design, sanitary sewer design, and drainage design. Experience with utility coordination, State of Tennessee agencies, Nashville area agencies, and TDOT is a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have strong skills in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and excellent organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and support business development.
  • Enhance client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects.

What We Offer:
