About the Job

We're seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to elevate our content strategy, increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and generating leads. This is a remote role, reporting to our Director of Marketing, and working cross-functionally. If you're a word enthusiast with a passion for growth marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our content strategy, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality content.
  • Conduct in-depth research and write long-form content on complex marketing topics, requiring interviews with senior marketing executives.
  • Partner with senior marketers to conceptualize, edit, and publish articles.
  • Lead our social media strategy, from editorial planning to publication and analysis.
  • Write compelling monthly newsletters featuring original content and sourced content.
  • Work with webinar presenters to craft landing page copy driving registrations.
  • Write and publish case studies in partnership with our client engagement team, clients, and talent.
  • Drive our SEO strategy for all long-form content.
  • Own reporting for all content and social initiatives, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing news and trends to build a relevant content pipeline.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of content marketing experience, ideally in growth functions at VC-backed tech companies.
  • Demonstrated mastery in writing engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences, with a portfolio showcasing versatility in tone, style, and structure.
  • Ability to convey complex marketing concepts through a clear, concise, and compelling narrative.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong project management chops, keeping timelines updated and stakeholders informed.
  • Familiarity with or excitement to learn and work with our tech stack, including Webflow, social channels, Figma, and more.
