Job Overview: At Angels, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the functions of our Human Resources Department. This role involves supporting employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and other essential tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, 401k, and leave management.
  • Resolve disciplinary issues, disputes, investigations, performance management, productivity, and training and development matters.
  • Provide excellent customer service to caregivers and clients in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program via phone, email, mail, and fax.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records, including I9s, direct deposits, and support orders.
  • Ensure seamless data entry and updates in multiple employee information platforms (HHA Exchange and Paylocity).
  • Collect and review information for effective garnishment administration and subpoena responses.
  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork for short-term disability benefits, workers' compensation claims, and paid family leave claims.
  • Contribute to the PCA and HHA onboarding process by conducting initial phone screens, collecting pre-employment paperwork, and scheduling required background checks.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and scheduling interviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant HR experience.
  • Excellent computer proficiency is essential.
  • Effective communication skills with strong written and verbal abilities.
